4th of July Inspired Food

02 Jul 4th of July Inspired Food

This weekend is fourth of July, and it’s a great opportunity to plan some fun activities with the family. Whether it’s a trip to the beach, or a picnic at the park, why not take some time to transform your table (or picnic blanket) into a patriotic display of red-white-and-blue while you’re at it.  It can be a great way to get the kids involved by helping out in the kitchen and spending some much needed quality time.  You might be surprised to see how much fun even the youngest members of your family can have, so don’t be afraid to get creative.  Here are some ideas to get you in the spirit.

1- Start the day off with some delicious pancakes by I am Mommy.  They are easy to make and perfect for the occasion.
